Kimber Williams formed KimberCo Recruiting to better serve her clients and candidates, which means dedicating her time to individualized and personal service. Having recruited for several years, Kimber realized the value in independent recruiting and established her own firm. She has represented and placed attorneys at all levels, from the novice associate, to the Rising Star partner, to the accomplished veteran partner.
Kimber loves telling people's stories and helping them write their next chapter. It is that fulfillment that inspires her to dedicate her professional life to recruiting.
She received her J.D. from the University of San Diego and has been active with the California Innocence Project, San Diego District Attorney's Office, and San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. Kimber received her M.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and B.A. from Occidental College. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for WTLC (Women's Transitional Living Center) in Fullerton, California and volunteers with Ride Your Horse! Therapeutic Riding Program.
Originally from a rural farming community, Kimber grew up in West Texas, Baton Rouge, Connecticut, and Kansas. She quickly took to the Southern California weather and lifestyle and considers herself a permanent transplant. She is passionate about her family, horses, volleyball, gardening, and her three adopted Chihuahuas.
In whatever endeavor Kimber chooses to dedicate her time -- rodeo queen, collegiate volleyball athlete, advocate for domestic violence victims, rescuer of abandoned pups, green thumb expert -- she always approaches whatever she takes on with fervor and conviction.
